We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), your location data when you allow it (to show nearby providers), reviews and content you post, and usage data to improve our service.
We use your information to provide and improve the Lucida service, show you relevant providers in your area, display your reviews and profile to other users, send you notifications about your account, and ensure the safety and security of our platform.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, when required by law or to protect our rights, and in anonymised or aggregated form for analytics.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymised data may be retained for analytics purposes.
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and associated data, export your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
The Lucida app uses minimal tracking. We use analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve performance. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Lucida is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or by email.
